How it works

  1. Export your affiliate list from your network or platform (Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale, Refersion, Tapfiliate, FirstPromoter...).
  2. Make sure it has a name column and a last_active_date column - the date of the partner's last click or sale.
  3. Upload it. Partners are grouped into 14, 30 and 60+ days of inactivity, each with an email tuned to that stage.

Privacy: the file is read by JavaScript in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.

Is my affiliate data uploaded anywhere?

No. The CSV is processed entirely in your browser and never sent to a server.

What date formats work?

YYYY-MM-DD is the safest. Most formats your browser can parse (like 04/02/2026) also work.
